John Jaco was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1965 of two depression-era parents, E.G. and Adele Jaco, a Sociology Professor and a clerk typist.
John went to college to fulfill his dream of becoming a doctor. His deep passion for helping people and the less privileged after school led him to work with abused and addicted children, drug addicted adults, and the chronically mentally ill. This is where John developed an extraordinary interest in understanding how the mind works, and in the different modalities used to quickly address so many of the issues that the abused and the addicted need to mentally overcome.
This is where John developed the extraordinary ability to hypnotize and change behavior instantly, often being referred to as a miracle. It was here that many of his patients started to refer to John as “Miracle John”, highlighting the miraculous behavior modifications that for many were almost instantaneous. John continues to utilize the techniques in hypnotherapy alongside his training where he is proudest of helping literally hundreds of thousands to quit smoking, lose weight, and reduce stress symptomatology from traumatic life events leading to addictions.
